What is Tried, Tested & Loved?
Exactly as it says: products that carry the Divertimenti Cookery School stamp have been thoroughly tried, rigorously tested and ultimately loved – if it wasn’t, they wouldn’t be using it, and we wouldn’t be selling it!
Using all of their expertise they have carefully selected the very finest equipment, cookware and electricals available so that their students can enjoy a professional kitchen experience whilst creating their own amazing dishes. Chosen with great care, all of the equipment must stand up to the day-to-day rigours of a cookery school, much like a professional kitchen. All of the equipment is used by the class teachers, including multi-starred Michelin chefs and students alike, so they have to be certain that they will offer the best in performance and durability. These are ‘can’t go wrong’ purchases. Their equipment even has the seal of approval from top chefs Tom Kerridge and Claude Bosi who have recently crafted a Michelin-quality meal in the Cookery School kitchen.
