180 ml (¾ cup) pomegranate juice
1 orange, peeled, halved
30 g (2 Tablespoons) plain Greek yoghurt
1 banana, peeled
60 g (2 cups) spinach
1 Tablespoon flaxseed
150 g (1 cup) frozen cherries
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
Select Variable 1.
Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
