Measures temperatures from -50[deg]C to 300[deg]C. Also features an individual 99 hour countdown alarm timer function when cooking according to time, and a clear, easy to read LCD display.

Hi Lorraine,

Thanks for your enquiry. Please see below:

Push the ON/OFF button to ON.
2 Push the TIMER – THERMO button to THERMO.
3 The thermo-temp. and set temp. will be displayed, showing current temperatures. The set-temp is showing
set temperature for alarm function.
4 The defult set-temp is 50ºC. Use the S1 or S2 button to set the required temperature.
A) to decrease the set –temp. press S1.
B) to increase the set-temp. Press S2.
Hold the S1 or S2 button down for a fast decrement or increment.
5 If you have set a wrong temperature, simply press S1 and S2 simultaneously to reset. NOTE: Once the
thermometer has been set, DO NOT push the TIMER THERMO button, since it will cancel the set
temperature.
6 Press the S3 button once, the alarm stand by mode will replace the setting mode.
7 The alarm will sound when the THERMO-TEMP. reaches the SET-TEMP.
8 Press S3 button once to stop the alarm.
