Sat upon the tidal River Avon, the first and oldest of the Kitchens Cookshop stores begun. In 1968, founder of Kitchens Cookshop Douglas Bullock set up a Sunday market stall selling a few utensils and aprons, within 5 months after recognising its potential he opened up the store in Clifton and the rest is history.
After several years at Clifton they soon realised they were bursting at the seams with their array of kitchenware and decided to move just round the corner to Whiteladies Road in 1970 where it still remains today. With 3 floors of endless cookware, kitchen utensils and everything in-between, you can find our friendly staff waiting and willing to help you with all your questions, their extensive knowledge has been recognised throughout the industry and have been commended with endless Housewares awards.
The Kitchens Cookshop stores are the latest addition to the Steamer family with us welcoming them in 2016 along with their two other stores, although you will still only find them as Kitchens stores with their green aprons and remain the hub of all your kitchen needs.
